Jinju students who had visited Eugene welcomed the 2005
Delegation in the late night of October 4. Usually they stay in the
school until 10:00 P.M..

The citizens of Eugene,
Oregon, U.S.A. and Chinju (Jinju),
Kyungnam, Republic of Korea have been enjoying
their sister city relationship since 1961. Eugene is the home of the
University of Oregon, Fighting
Duck. Chinju is located 250 miles south from Seoul, a cultural and
educational center of western Kyungnam Province and the home of Gyeong
Sang National University.
We invite you to visit here often to learn about our two cities
and surrounding communities, and join in our programs. Click
